Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Delivery is free on all orders over £50 within the UK.
Orders under £50 are subject to a small fee of £3.50.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 working days of ordering. We will send you an email notification when your parcel has been shipped.
For orders to Europe there is a flat rate delivery charge of £10, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.

If you live near our store in Stamford we would be delighted to prepare your order for you to collect. Simply select this option at Checkout and one of us will be happy to greet you with your parcel any time Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am - 4pm.
Order before 2pm and collect your order the same day!
Online Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your online purchase but in the event you would like to return an item we would of course be happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please find below our returns policy :
• You have 21 days from the dispatched date to return an unsuitable item.
• All Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all White Ginger tags attached in order to be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the items and the money will be credited back to your initial method of payment within 3-5 working days after the refund has been processed.
• All items must be returned at the customer's expense and proof of purchase must be obtained in case the parcel gets lost in the post.
• If items are returned to us outside of the return policy we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges
• We hope you are happy with your purchases from White Ginger however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange on any item within 14 days of purchase.
• Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds but if a suitable item can not be found in exchange we are happy to offer a store credit valid for three months.
• All items must have tags, be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Items must also be accompanied by proof of purchase.
• White Ginger will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.
• Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery or purchase. All items will be inspected and if the fault is subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Regrettably we are unable to refund or exchange any sale items.
